Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be responsible for overall production and related functions such as mill management, quality control, monitoring of outsourced facilities, procurement, etc.
• Experience of managing production, manufacturing or processing of branded food products such as rice, spices, salt, pickles, etc. He should have sound knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of overseas markets, export related functions, worldwide product quality issues, etc. to organize production accordingly.
• The incumbent must have leadership qualities to lead the production team and achieve business goals and targets.
