Experience: 12 to 15 years experience of HR management, including 5 years as Manager Organizational Development.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Acting as the focal point for organizational development, the position holder will be responsible for visualizing, preparing, obtaining approval for, implementing and monitoring a Talent Management strategy in consonance with the company’s corporate goals.
- Conducting job evaluations, organizational restructuring and right sizing, performance management, succession and career planning, training & development, redesigning compensation and employee engagement activities.
- Leading and bringing a change in the organizational culture, holding meetings, conducting presentations, coordinating with department heads and key staff in order to cascade the Talent Management strategy at all levels and locations of the company.
- Developing related HR policies, systems and standard operating procedures.
