Education: MBA or LLB from well reputed university

Experience: He should have 10 to 15 years HR experience including industrial relations and Dealing with workers unions, problem solving skills and negotiations with employee groups and should serve as a bridge between Management and employees. He should also have experience of dealing with multinational regional and Global teams

• Possess leadership and communication skills as he will be groomed to take over as Head of HR in due course of time.
