Position Title: General Manager (Planning & Development)

Education: Graduate in the field of Mechanical,Electrical or Civil engineering from a reputable and HEC recognized university. Masters in Engineering / MBA will be an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 14 years of relevant experience with Oil & Gas industry with at least 3 – 5 years in leadership position as a Departmental Head preferably in a large organization. Experience of project planning and pipeline designing is mandatory. Hands on Experience of Pumps, Compressors and Gas turbine would be an added advantage. Public and / or Oil & Gas Sector experience shall be preferred.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Planning, designing and development of all natural gas transmission networks and allied facilities as well as for finalizing contracts leading to transportation of Natural Gas from fields/reservoirs.
• Monitor and supervise preparation of technical specifications, tender enquiries, bid evaluation, cost estimates and award of contract.
• Monitoring and supervision of construction, installation and work site activities.
• Preparation of engineering drawings/sketches for project construction/installation purpose.
