Position Title: Assistant Manager HR (Compensation & Benefit)
Position Based In: Karachi - Pakistan

Education: MBA (IBA, LUMS, SZABIST, CBM, IQRA)
Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
Skills: Should be proficient in excel and with very good analytical skills, Communication Skills (written + spoken) should be strong
Positions Title:
- Manage Payroll records both computerized and manual.
- Maintain the employees’ monthly CIP/payroll records.
- The candidate will be required to assist in the roll out of the performance management process.
- Handling all the performance appraisal and management activities.
- Provide support and/or conduct job analysis and job evaluation.
- Compensation & Benefits – Conduct HR Surveys within and outside the industry in order to have competitive market based compensation.
