Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility of financial planning and reporting, treasury, budgetary control, costing, taxation, etc.
• Lead and supervise a team of 20 persons deployed in the accounting, finance and corporate support functions.
• Provide strategic direction in all financial matters and implement financial policies/ processes which ensure a high degree of financial discipline, timely and reliable reporting of financial results, and serves as an effective tool for business decision-making.
• Could oversee other supportive functions such as IT, Legal etc.
• Should able to manage the finance, accounting and reporting functions in an automated environment and ensure compliance to internal and regulatory requirements.
