Education: Master’s in Business Administration. Bachelors in Law (preferred.
Experience: 7 to 10 of relevant professional experience, including 2 to 3 years in a Management capacity.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Provide support and advice to the department heads/supervisors to manage their staff discipline and performance issues including reprimands, show cause notice and terminations.
- Lead the Employee Relations activities for department disciplinary cases in line with labor laws and institutional policies.
- Develop strategic employee relations initiatives and prepare recommendations pertaining to the institution-wide policy matters.
- Oversee progressive discipline formal disciplinary actions in line with the policy and labor laws of Pakistan.
- Liaison with the Institutions external lawyer and governmental agencies as and when require Facilitate HR in supervisory capacities ensuring administration of statutory requirements and the schemes.

- Provide guidance and act as a lead in matters related to discipline and administration of the statutory requirements.
- Liaise with government agencies for employee relations activities.
- Supervise holding of independent enquiry in respect of discipline cases as and when required.
- Monitoring grievance handling of respective cases raised by employee / department.
- Handle employee grievances and provide assistance and guidance in line with the policy.
- Keeping management abreast about latest updates of employee relations.
- Oversee monthly/annual reports in respect of employee relations.
Skills:
- Experience of handling employee relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
