      Education: B.Sc or M.Sc (Chemistry or Applied Chemistry)

      Experience: 07-08 years or more

      Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

      • Ensure that appropriate manufacturing controls are implemented.
      • Ensure in-process controls are performed during manufacturing operations and results are satisfactory.
      • Coordinating internal and external audits and assisting departments with the coordination of audit information, and recommends appropriate improvement.
      • Effective reporting and investigation of incidents and deviations and other batch related investigations.
      • Organize, implement and track Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) to resolve any audit deficiencies in a timely manner.
      • Responsible for supporting deviation close out, writing investigation reports and initiating/following up on corrective and preventative actions.
      • Experience of conducting quality based investigations and root cause analysis.
      • To assist in maintenance of quality systems including SOPs, CAPAs and training as determined by the QA manager.
      • Independent reviewer with respect to manufacturing and process/ product development units.
      • Maintain site standards for GMP and organize and participate in training sessions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
      • Routine review of batch and other GMP documents to support QA batch review and QP release.
      • Responsible for measuring and maintaining competencies of Customer Services Staff as per the set standard. Ensure that quality standards are met at the Customer touch points.
      • Follow up the buyer’s orders with the suppliers to ensure the quality. Send inspection reports (on line + final) to the concern Buyer after finishing the inspection. In case of the quality problem take decision and resolve the quality issues.
      • Lead, motivate and manage a team of Quality Assurance &Quality control, following up on the QC team.
