      Experience: 10 - 12 years of experience, having at least 3 years in the zonal / regional management

      Age Limit: 38 to 45 Years (preferably a resident of Faisalabad or Multan)

      Skills:Business Management, Competition analysis ; Understanding of Applicable Govt. Laws, Legal, Sales Key drivers & fundamentals – order booking / Routes; / GT / MT; TM Planogramming; Visibility; Availability; ROI calculation – of Distributor. Energetic, go-getter, able to manage self and motivate / channelize team for results, analytical, result-driven.

      Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

      • Sales strategy development, implementation and achievement of sales / growth targets as per the Organizational Growth objectives.
      • Strategy for Sales Target Setting & Achievement.
      • Target development & Splitting to Team.
      • Coverage & Numeric Distribution.
      • SKU balancing & market penetration.
      • Distributor Management.
      • Sales Review and performance reporting.
      • Team Training & Coaching / People Development.
      • Gathering of market Intelligence / competition and development of counter strategies.
      • Administration of Zone & enforcement / compliance of policy & procedure.
      • Warehouse & distribution of orders pertaining to Zone.
      • Cost Management
