Experience: 10 - 12 years of experience, having at least 3 years in the zonal / regional management
Age Limit: 38 to 45 Years (preferably a resident of Faisalabad or Multan)
Skills:Business Management, Competition analysis ; Understanding of Applicable Govt. Laws, Legal, Sales Key drivers & fundamentals – order booking / Routes; / GT / MT; TM Planogramming; Visibility; Availability; ROI calculation – of Distributor. Energetic, go-getter, able to manage self and motivate / channelize team for results, analytical, result-driven.

- Sales strategy development, implementation and achievement of sales / growth targets as per the Organizational Growth objectives.
- Strategy for Sales Target Setting & Achievement.
- Target development & Splitting to Team.
- Coverage & Numeric Distribution.
- SKU balancing & market penetration.
- Distributor Management.
- Sales Review and performance reporting.
- Team Training & Coaching / People Development.
- Gathering of market Intelligence / competition and development of counter strategies.
- Administration of Zone & enforcement / compliance of policy & procedure.
- Warehouse & distribution of orders pertaining to Zone.
- Cost Management
