Experience: Ideal candidate should possess over 15 years of experience in marketing of Lubricants of which at least 5 are in a Management role.
Skills:Possess excellent negotiation skills; be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers and distributors. Have technical know-how, in depth market knowledge.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategy for sales management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and branding.
- Prepare budget, processes, structure, operating plan and financial model.
- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual and sales recovery.
- Review distributor performance, address issues, conduct regular meeting with sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy.
- Compile analysis, present weekly and monthly sales, revenue and receivables report region wise.
