Education: Master’s degree in business administration / health administration or equivalent from a reputed university. MBBS degree will be an added advantage

Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in health care administration preferably with 2 to 3 years as manager of a clinical department

Skills:

• Knowledge of resource management including financial management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks, and execute them in timely manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze budget variance reports and statistical data.
• Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen partnership with stakeholders for the delivery of exemplary patient care services.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the overall management of the Service Line, which includes development and implementation of the strategic and annual plan, particularly in relation to patient care services; ensuring that the service line goals and objectives are accomplished as well as the day to day operational activities of the Service Line are executed in an efficient manner.
• You will serve as a link between clinical and administrative areas and will coordinate educational programs in liaison with the departments of the University.
• You will also be responsible to improve efficiency, maintain budgeting, develop business, quality of clinical services, oversee department quality initiatives and implement quality standards, & JCIA recommended measures in the Service Line.
• You will act as an entrepreneur and will have to think out of the box.
