      Position Based In: Lahore - Pakistan

      Education: MBA HR/ Equivalent Degree

      Experience: Minimum 5 Year Experience

      Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

      • To propose and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the company to be a high performing organization; thus fostering a high performance culture.
      • Responsible for effective internal communication within an organization; developing & delivering message on behalf of HR or Management through various channels (HR broadcasts, Newsletter, HR portal, Career portal etc.)
      • Work closely with the functional leaders to ensure effective communication in order to build a culture of engagement among employees. (Mentor-Mentee relationship facilitator).
      • Conduct need assessment to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company’s performance.
      • Formulation & implementation of policies and procedures relating to organizational development.
      • Responsible to create an exciting& challenging work environment through HR engagement initiatives.
      • To put in place processes; which will help improve the ongoing operations of the organization on a continuous basis.
      • To support performance improvement initiatives (Performance Management); through the implementation of a new behavioral competency framework or effective feedback processes.
      • To develop the organization’s approach to talent management and succession planning and to coordinate the inputs of the functional leaders to ensure effective implementation.
      • To work with the line management for the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant Personal Development Plans of their staff members.

      Required Skills:

      • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
      • The ability to engage, conducts diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options and build commitment to solution.
      • Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and deliver on timelines.
      • Strong coaching/mentoring skills, Change management skills, Event design and facilitation skills.
      • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
