Position Based In: Karachi - Pakistan

Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Telecom / Electronics Engineering
Experience: 4 to 6 Years of Experience
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Line management of regional staff (Sr. Exective, Executives, Splicers, Assistant Splicers and Riggers).
- Ensure Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenances of OFC.
- Close co-ordination with concerned RoW and National development agencies to keep himself inform with the activities in the area on location.
- Liasoning and close coordination with line managers.
- Identify new development activities through team.
- Regular monitoring of outside plant through surprise route visit.
- Identify of development activites and its relocation BoQ , NFA, budgest approval documentation.
- Ensure SLA of carrier customers as well as enterprises customers.
- Fault rectification report to management and customers on real time basis.
- ROW payments reconciletion with Authoriyies.
- Monthly Operation review meeting with customers.
- Knowledge of operation and maintenance methodologies optical fiber network.
- Knowledge of entire telecom setup / specially DWDM , SDH , PDH , DXX technologies and Fibers types and accessories.
- Knowledge and experience of Spectrum Analyser, Network Tester , Power meter & source , fiber scope , patch cord types and splicing of fibers.
- Knowledge & experience of Gen Set, Rectifiers, Batteries and concerned electrical installations.
- Knowledge & experience of radio transmission equipment.
- Knowledge of project planning tools including Microsoft projects and Google earth.
- Minimum 5 years in a project support role in projects (entire project lifecycle) ideally within a Telco organisation.
