      Education: Masters in Business Administration or equivalent education from HEC recognized institute

      Experience: Minimum 10 - 15 years’ experience in sales and customer services

      Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

      • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
      • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
      • Establishes a Nationwide Dealer Network to offer Sales & Service solutions to meet the exclusive demands of each customer / market segments.
      • Responsible for strategy development for both retail and corporate.
      • Develop and Drive Retail Excellence initiatives to deliver excellent customer experience consistently.
      • Implements forecasted objectives, and procedures for sales & Sales operations.
      • Achieves annual sales target with quarterly review and analysis.
      • Monitors overall sales activities to ensure satisfactory service and quality products.
      • Ensures overall customer satisfaction while liaising with concerned stake holders.
      • Develop and maintain budgetary expenses, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
      • Forecast demand and determine the types and quantity of products to be sold.
      • Maintains global sales staff job performance by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance.
      • Ensures effective coordination between Production, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Design and Site departments.
      • Develop new customer base and strengthen relationships to retain existing customers.
      • Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge.
