      Education: Masters in Business Administration or equivalent education from HEC recognized institute

      Experience: Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in sales and customer services

      Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

      • Updates and implements policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for sales & sales operations.
      • Develops new customer base and strengthen relationships to retain existing customers.
      • Monitors regional sales activities to ensure satisfactory service and quality products.
      • Controls and monitors all operational activities of sites and projects in respective region.
      • Maintains budgetary expenses, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
      • Achieves annual sales target for the region with quarterly review and analysis.
      • Forecasts demand and determine the types and quantity of products to be sold.
      • Monitors showroom managers and evaluates assigned targets.
      • Ensures effective coordination between Production, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Design and Site departments.
      • Reviews customer complaints and ensures its effective resolution.
      • Coordinates with Factory for all production related matters.
      • Oversees showroom Dashboard/ sales/key accounts managers and their staffs and take corrective actions.
      • Monitors customer complaints and ensures effective resolution while liaison with concerned stake holders.
      • Manages and ensures display of the entire showrooms is as per the company’s standards while working together with Product, Inventory and visual merchandising department.
      • Develops sales team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge.
      • Identifies individuals suitable for filling important positions through succession planning.
      • Designs SOPs and workflows for the departments where they are applicable.
