Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Similar

Experience: 5+ years with heavy experience with Magento 2 & 5+ years in programming experience with PHP, JavaScript & E-Commerce (preferably Magneto)

Responsibilities:

• Expert knowledge working with web applications from the backend through front end tier.
• Experience operating, deploying, and managing high volume e-commerce environments.
• Experience with various frameworks/tools such MS SQL, MySQL, and Git.
• Experience with Linux (Centos, Ubuntu, etc.) & experience with Varnish.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS and Azure & Experience with Zend Framework.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability and performance of web applications.
• Strong knowledge of security standards practiced in e-Commerce.
• Strong knowledge of requirements analysis.
• Magento 2 certification(s), Magento developer plus or above.
• Knowledge of Magento development best practices, including extending existing functionality, creating custom modules, and working with its API.
• Working experience with the ecommerce development process, and the ability to create solutions for common questions/concerns on this type of platform.
• Understanding of common web analytics suites (Google Analytics, Omniture) and experience implementing these systems Comfortable researching and adopting new web technologies.
• Familiar with SEO / SEM best practices.
• Experience in frontend development HTML and CSS best practices.
