Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience of design and development of enterprise level Web app

Responsibilities:

• Responsible Experience with Ruby on Rails, iOS, Android, Drupal/PHP, Magento, Java and related frameworks is a big plus. Experience with at least 3 of these technologies is a MUST.
• Provide technical/non-technical leadership, guidance, mentorship and management to a team of senior and intermediate developers.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms Participate in the development of back-end using PHP, APIs and integration with UI.
• Frequent interactions with onshore peers and managers Interact with clients to analyze and gather requirements. Finding the best technical solutions to resolve the business problems.
• Develop functional and design specifications documents. Troubleshoot issues across the spectrum of a web application (web server, network, and database).
• Encourage to learn and apply the latest cloud computing patterns (think about the entire AWS catalog, not just EC2 & S3).
• Provide succinct updates and write technical documentation (technical designs/tasks, standard operating procedures, and processes documentation) Ensure the work produced by the team is of high quality and meets the expectations of the stake holders.
• Make clear, simple, and technically sound design decisions related to solutions.
• Simplify designs that others have made complicated.
• Uphold high standards on fundamental data structures, algorithms, and architectural best practices.
• Define the acceptance criteria to measure engineering deliverables against.
