Education: MCSE/MCDBA/ MBA/MPA/BSC, Courses in Management, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Relationship, engineering /manufacturing discipline Or Equivalent

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrable experience of leading a manufacturing function with a proven track record in strategic manufacturing leadership delivering effective manufacturing strategies, policies, processes and systems.
• Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements.
• Proven project management and build quality experience. Proven work experience as a plant manager.
• Experience of operating and influencing at a strategic level.
• Knowledge and technical understanding of automotive processes, components and manufacturing techniques.
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
• knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes.
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
• Ensure that Environmental, Health and Safety, manufacturing and quality standards and procedures are adhered to People Management.
