Required Skills: Should be highly self-motivated with great integrity & exceptional organizing & administrative skills individual must possess strong leadership, communication & motivational skills. Should have highly developed computer skills particularly MS Office applications. Must have also overseen implementation of FICO module of SAP (at least 2 cycles/implementations)

Job Responsibilities:

• To plan, develop & execute short & long term departmental goals, objectives, policies & operating procedure linked with business plan.
• To provide expertize & bear responsibility for budgetary planning, taxation laws, banking, insurance, financial analysis & other relevant matters.
• To ensure that financial practices of recording revenues & expenses are in line with all the statutory legislation & regulations.
• To map business processes in the finance department. Oversee implementation of FICO module in SAP.
• To develop strategic relationship with key external contacts e.g. taxation & audit companies, solicitors & bankers.
• To formulate policies, procedures & action plans of the division.
• To ensure liability free infrastructure through pre-emptive approach.
